Engaging couple picture perfect on journey to nuptials

Being there to celebrate the moments between Lelani and Connigher on the occasion of their engagement was truly beautiful.

We, aka as Mon Chéri Photography, were so privileged to capture these precious memories, as the couple are wholesomely down-to-earth with the most incredible hearts.

Being around two people so wildly in love brings an unbelievable radiance to every aspect of the photo shoot.

They chose the amazing countryside venue of Bell Amour outside Pretoria to toast their special bond, and it was picture perfect in every way.

One of the great joys of an engagement shoot is that there are no schedule pressures like those that crop up on a wedding day.

This means you can play around a lot more with poses and really get to know the couple and what makes them unique.

Of course, there is also lots of fun and laughter along the way.

Our favourite photos are taken in those “in-between” moments when the couple are just being themselves and enjoying each other without any script or staging.

With Lelani and Connigher, these were plentiful!

The lighting was perfect so every loving look, laugh and emotion was exquisitely defined and friends and family who view their photos will instantly recognise what makes them who they are as a pair.

We loved them from the moment we met them.

Snapping their excitement over their impending nuptials and being chosen to join them on their journey to husband and wife was so wonderful that we didn’t want the day to end.

We offered them a range of images which can be used in a variety of ways, from save-the-date cards and wedding invitations to social media posts and thank-you cards.

Most importantly, we hope their photos will bring them nothing but the happiest memories every time they look at them.
